  • If a position catches your eye you can recommend matching individuals via the platform. You are only allowed to recommend candidates who you personally know and who have consented to you contacting them.
  • The company will review your referral and you will be notified through the platform about developments.

We are the founders of this platform. The idea for creating swarmscout emerged from our own consulting business in recent years. People were constantly asking us if we knew of anyone who would be interested in this position or that job. With our strong networks we ended up actually matching successful candidates to exciting positions.

Over the years we have learned that personal contacts accompanied by a healthy sense of empathy for a given company or person can quickly lead to successful matches.

On top of all that, we love technology and truly believe in human relationships. This platform combines both of those things to reinvent the world of recruiting.

“Moinsen” I am Dörte.

I was born “among the dikes and canals” of northern Germany and have been living in Munich for about 10 years now. I worked for many years as a manager in (digital) retail before joining forces with Silvia to found a consulting company in the field of retail finance and operations about four years back. I love complex problems and truly enjoy it when I’m able to develop easy solutions for them. swarmscout is intended to be one of those simple solutions, in this case for navigating the tricky processes of recruiting for key positions.

Silvia Erika Sommer

“Griass Di” I am Silvia.

I was born in the state of Carinthia, Austria, and have been living in Munich for over 10 years now. I spent many years in traditional business consulting roles and during that time was able to develop an understanding of how important it is to quickly and effectively fill key positions at companies. For a few years now Dörte and I have been managing our own consulting company. I love working in different industries, with different challenges and complex problems. I am hoping swarmscout will revolutionize how companies recruit, by putting the right candidates in the right positions.
